thanks man, this help me a lot deciding to buy the game, I'm planning to play this co op with my wife, once again thanks man! After some testing, I found that the above fix I mentioned didn't work. But what did work was removing any spaces in me and my friend's usernames. So if none of the fixes online work for you, check that.

To join a co-op session you choose "online" from the main menu and pick which category of game you'd like to join based on your play style. To start a co-op session that's joinable, simply choose your play style as anything other than "Single Player" when creating a game. J4CG.
